About the role The Percussion Ensemble Instructor leads weekly rehearsals, preparing students to perform a diverse range of repertoire with precision and musicality
Experience, competencies & qualifications Experience directing percussion ensembles and leading effective, engaging rehearsals Strong knowledge of percussion instruments, ensemble techniques, and rehearsal strategies Ability to collaborate as a co-teacher and support a positive, inclusive learning environment Competence in selecting suitable repertoire and preparing students for successful performances
