The Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting enterprise Power Platform and Java/Mainframe applications. The role involves building Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), creating automated workflows using Power Automate, and developing insightful Power BI dashboards and reports. The candidate must be proficient in integrating Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Azure services, Jira, Confluence, and third-party APIs.
the role requires hands-on expertise in ITSM Incident Management and L3 Production Support, providing diagnosis, troubleshooting, resolution, and documentation of incidents. The developer will support application upgrades, patching, job monitoring, and job abend resolution.
Strong knowledge of Java/J2EE, SOAP-based web services, SQL (including batch processing), Spring, Hibernate, Unix, MKS, Struts, and JSF is essential. Experience with Autosys for job scheduling and handling production issues is required.
The position also requires exposure to Mainframe technologies, including JCL, PROCS, TSO, ISPF, z/OS, IBM utilities, COBOL, SAS programming, VSAM, and DB2. Responsibilities include analyzing data, coding SAS scripts, extracting reports, and providing production support for mainframe applications.
The candidate must handle P1/P2 incidents end-to-end, provide temporary/permanent fixes, document changes, and coordinate with cross-functional teams for root cause analysis. Weekend on-call support may be required.
