Key Responsibilities

CMDB Management: Maintain and enhance the ServiceNow CMDB, ensuring Configuration Items (CIs) are accurate, complete, and properly related.
Monitor and troubleshoot discovery jobs, resolve errors, and maintain CI relationships.
Collaborate with infrastructure and engineering teams to improve CI data quality and support audits and compliance.
Software Asset Management (SAM)
Configure and maintain SAM Pro modules: define software models, entitlements, and license metrics.
Reconcile discovered software with purchased licenses to determine the Effective License Position (ELP).
Support software normalization, reclamation processes, and compliance reporting.
Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
Manage the entire lifecycle of hardware assets, from procurement to retirement/disposal.
Ensure data integrity of hardware assets via ServiceNow Discovery and integrations.
Automate HAM processes to support tracking, audits, and adherence to ITAD (disposition) standards.
Integration & Automation
Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems like SCCM, procurement platforms (Coupa, Zip), etc.
Use APIs, MID Servers, web services, and ServiceNow Flow Designer / Integration Hub for seamless data exchange and workflow automation
