Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
Translate high-level business needs into detailed user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
Create Functional Documents (FDs) and support technical teams in mapping them to Technical Design Documents (TDDs).
Apply both Agile and Waterfall methodologies to enhance project velocity and stakeholder satisfaction.
Visualize workflows and identify process optimization opportunities to drive innovation and efficiency.
Use strong communication and negotiation skills to align cross-functional teams on complex project deliverables.
Prioritize features based on business value, user impact, and technical constraints.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, OLBB developers, and QA teams to ensure requirements are technically feasible and testable.
Participate in Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, status calls, and hybrid Agile-Waterfall delivery.
Ensure all solutions adhere to regulatory, privacy, and security compliance standards.
