Appian Platform Architect at J&M Group

Key Responsibilities

Design, architect, and implement Appian-based solutions including workflows, UIs, and integrations.

Define application architecture standards, best practices, and governance frameworks.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and create scalable technical designs.

Lead and mentor Appian development teams through design, development, and deployment phases.

Ensure performance optimization, security compliance, and high availability of Appian applications.

Integrate Appian with external systems using APIs, web services, and other integration patterns.

Conduct reviews of Appian designs, components, and code to reinforce standards.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of overall IT experience, with strong expertise in Appian platform architecture.

Hands-on experience with Appian workflows, interfaces, process models, and integrations.

Strong understanding of Appian best practices, governance, and security frameworks.

Experience integrating Appian with external systems through REST/SOAP APIs.

Knowledge of Appian plug-ins, data management, and performance tuning.

Ability to lead technical teams and work closely with business stakeholders.
