- Provide support to the claim manager within the daily management of claims related to various compensation programs;
- Participate in projects and meetings related to claims management;
- Work in close cooperation with the Medical Service, Human Resources and union representatives to make sure the files are submitted to the appropriate authorities and processed within the prescribed timeframes;
- Produce various reports and provide support for administrative tasks;
- Provide all the information required to Payroll department;
- Perform various transactions in our systems and ensure the update of data.
- Develop knowledge of various compensation plans and analytical and follow-up skills in disability management;
- Applications/software such as various HR/Payroll systems and CNESST platform;
- Participate in CNESST file investigations and ergonomic job evaluations.
- You are pursuing a bachelor's degree in human resources management or in industrial relations;
- You are pursuing a Diploma of College Studies (DEC) or Certificate in Disability Management and/or AEC in Medical Office Administration;
- You are a highly motivated team player with excellent communication skills (oral and written). You are a rigorous person who pays attention to detail;
- You have an excellent command of the Office series and particularly of the Excel software;
- You are an organized and structured person;
- You are able to maintain strict confidentiality.

- Duration: 12 months
