About the Market Manager Role
Reporting to the Director of Key Accounts | Central Region, the Market Manager will be responsible for leading Field Sales Execution in the province of Manitoba and be the key contact for the Manitoba Liquor Board (MBLL). The role will lead the development of the PMA Portfolio within MBLL with accountability for delivery of business objectives, expanding consumer access of PMA Brands through Head Office coverage and development of team members.

- Biweekly Business Unit Performance Review Sessions with the Regional Sales Director
- Annual Customer Development Business Plan by Category
- Collaborative Phased Monthly Shipment Forecast by SKU
- Investment Control within Budget by Brand Expression
- Actionable Individual Development Plans for Direct Reports
- Weekly 1:1 MES | SCD Status vs Target Review Sessions with Territory Manager
- Weekly Team Business Performance | MES | SCD Status Review Meeting with Territory Manager

Experience & Other Requirements

- Well Demonstrated Track Record of Managing Complex Customer Relationships
- Well Demonstrated Track Record of Team Building & Sales Leadership
- Remote Working Environment based in Winnipeg
- Minimum 30% of Time in Field including Ability to Travel Overnight as Required
- Valid Driver’s License with Fully Insured & Reliable Transportation
- Must be Legally Able to Work in Canada
- Must be of Legal Drinking Age
