About the Role: We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the operations of a newly branded select-service hotel in the airport area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic hospitality leader passionate about service excellence, team development, and strong financial performance. As General Manager, you will be responsible for driving both top-line revenue and bottom-line results while ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and compliance with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire all hotel departments to achieve operational excellence.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR.
• Ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction through service, quality, and brand consistency.
• Recruit, train, and retain a high-performing team with a strong service culture.
• Manage hotel financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Maintain brand standards, quality assurance, and compliance with safety and security regulations.
• Build strong community and business relationships to grow market share.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hotel operation experience, with at least 2 years as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager.
• Strong background in branded select-service hotels preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive financial results.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of revenue management, sales, and financial reporting.
• Hands-on leadership style with a focus on guest and associate engagement.
