Office Administrator at Irwin Safety

We are currently looking for an experienced, part-time Office Administrator to join our Prince George team. This position will support our training department by providing all aspects of training administration including, record management, generating training materials, and support our in-house training as needed. This is an in office position and the hours would typically be Monday through Friday, 9am-2pm.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year admin experience
- Must possess moderate computer literacy
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail is required
- Must be fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Strong communication skills are a must
- Must be comfortable in a fast-paced office environment
- Must possess good interpersonal skills in a team environment
- Experience working in training would be an asset
Responsibilities
- Generate and ship training material as required
- Responsible for Training Records management – upload, review, report
- Responsible for Certificate Generation and distribution
- Assist Training Manager and Regional Instructors, with training coordination, as required
- Support with in-house training administration
- Conduct respiratory fit tests (training will be provided)
- Support with general office admin as needed
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
