Position Overview: Compugen is looking for a Deskside Support Analyst for an initial 3 month contract starting in January.

This role is onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose issues related to authorized operating systems and application software.
  • Resolve software-related problems or conflicts.
  • Verify software functionality through testing.
  • Install, configure, tune, and manage desktops, laptops, notebooks, and peripherals.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience with common desktop, laptop, and tablet models.
  • Proficiency in Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Familiarity with remote access software (client-side).
  • Support for widely used mobile devices in North America.
  • Post-Secondary degree or diploma in IT/Computer Science
  • 1 to 3 years’ experience in providing onsite technical support
  • Demonstrated high level of proficiency in Deskside & Office hardware and software
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality and consistency of service
  • Good administration skills and attention to details
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and client service skills
  • High performing deskside engineer
  • Experience with motivating others
