Job Description

Required Skills - Must Have

  • Good Understanding of Capital Markets and Financial Products - FX, Swaps, Bonds, Cash, etc.
  • Experience with any Back-Office systems, especially with Trade lifecycle, SWIFT messaging, accounting, operational workflows, etc.
  • Should have strong problem solving & analytical skills, with the ability to handle complex troubleshooting scenarios in a financial services environment.
  • Excellent communication skills & enjoys working as a part of the team.

Preferred Skills - Good To Have

  • Over 3 years Calypso Back Office Support experience, with good knowledge of asset classes available with Calypso product suite
  • Business/Technical background working on Calypso projects.
  • Intermediate Java and SQL
  • BMC Control-M for Automation & Job Scheduling

Key Responsibilities

  • Active Monitoring of Production activities which includes mails, Batch alerts, user queries, tickets, and many more.
  • Assess, test, troubleshoot, and document issues. Develop maintenance procedures for operating systems, communication environments, and applications, ensuring the continued health and performance of deployed systems.
  • Work closely with various stakeholders to assess their needs, develop tailored solutions, and create tactical & strategic plans that improve their business workflows and ensure successful system deployments.
  • Work with Level 3 Development teams on incident escalations.
  • Available for after-hours support activities when necessary.
