The account coordinator is responsible for maintaining regular communication with clients and coordinating the rollout of digital, print, TV, and radio campaigns for their assigned healthcare brands. They support the account manager, account supervisor, and account director in their duties and are responsible for coordinating internal production tasks and managing suppliers.
Skills
Bachelor’s degree with a focus in science, with a minor, diploma, or certificate in marketing, business, communications, and/or commerce
Client management

- Full command of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Effective and methodical priority management
- Team player who is attentive to detail
- Able to organize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree with a focus in marketing, business, communications, and/or commerce
Bachelor’s degree with a focus in science, with a minor, diploma, or certificate in marketing, business, communications, and/or commerce
- General interest in science
- Intermediate to advanced English: provide frequent written and verbal follow-ups to English-speaking clients and suppliers; hold conversations on a regular basis
Client management
- Send project files to parties involved at every step of production
- Promptly answer client questions and requests pertaining to project production
- Update clients on project status and expected delivery dates
- Create budget estimates and schedules and convey these to clients
- Maintain work-in-progress records
- Participate in and document discussions during client meetings and conference calls
- Prepare materials required to start up a new project
- Prepare all documents related to billing a basic project
- Supervise content development and follow up on corrections
- Ensure quality control before delivery
- Monitor adherence to project timelines
- Provide clients and suppliers with final files, and close files
