In this highly visible and cross-functional role, you will ensure alignment between strategic priorities, operational goals, and executive decision-making — helping to build a strong and sustainable Engineering organization.
What are your contributions to the team?
- Governance Leadership: Manage effective corporate governance across multiple organizations by planning, coordinating, and supporting key meetings and activities, including management of the Master Plan and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Financial Leadership for engineering budget planning and management, including annual planification and quarterly reforecast exercises.
- Manpower Strategy Leadership: Ensure for strategic manpower planning and ensure alignment with engineering and product development priorities.
- Leadership Alignment: Partner with the Corporate Engineering and Product Development leadership team to guide and influence alignment toward common strategic objectives.
- Executive Communication: Create clear, concise, and impactful documentation and presentations for executive-level audiences.
- Strategic Workshop Leadership: Prepare and facilitate workshops with multidisciplinary teams to validate, refine, and implement corporate strategic plans.
- Data-Driven Leadership: Ensure for the proper collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to support evidence-based decision-making and strategy implementation.
- Innovation Leadership: Lead or support the development of innovative tools, dashboards, and reports to enhance data analysis and performance tracking.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Master’s degree in Strategy, Project Management, or MBA is an asset.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in project coordination and analyst role.
- Experience in the business aircraft or aviation industry is preferred.
- Strong strategic thinking, project management, financial, and analytical skills.
- Assertive, results-oriented, and demonstrate leadership and initiative.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities, with a proactive mindset.
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power Bi)
- Proven experience engaging and aligning cross-functional stakeholders (Engineering, Program Management, HR, Finance, etc.) in a large, matrixed organization.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to synthesize and present complex information to executive audiences.
- High degree of discretion in handling confidential information.
