What You Will Be Doing

• Assist with layout tasks including formwork, embeds, rebar, and casting beds.
• Support the Senior Surveyor with setting up and maintaining control points.
• Help operate total stations, GPS units, and levels under supervision.
• Record field data, take measurements, and help prepare basic as-built reports.
• Interpret shop drawings and translate them into field layout.
• Follow safety protocols and report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors.
• Maintain and care for surveying tools and equipment.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Diploma or certificate in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a construction or yard-based environment.
• Knowledge of surveying equipment and CAD software is an asset.
• Willingness to learn, take directions, and work in a team setting.
• Strong attention to detail and eagerness to develop professionally.
