A DAY IN THE LIFE

We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead and grow our environmental software portfolio. You’ll guide product strategy, define user needs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative SaaS solutions in LDAR and real-time telemetry.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full product lifecycle from concept to launch across multiple platforms
  • Lead the creation of a new product by combining two existing products together
  • Define and manage multi-year product roadmaps
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform strategy
  • Partner with stakeholders to define user requirements and use cases
  • Manage product backlogs and prioritize development work
  • Advocate for customer needs through research and testing
  • Measure and report product success metrics (adoption, retention, revenue)
  • Create product storytelling and value propositions


Necessary Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, individuals must be able to perform each duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • 15–20 years’ experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner
  • Proven track record managing software applications
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (preferred)
  • Startup experience a plus
