Who We Are Looking For
As a DC Planner, you will leverage reporting and tools to plan the work that will be executed by the DC Operations team. From end-to-end, Planners are responsible for choosing which containers should be received inbound, which customer PO’s should be processed and which trucks should be loaded outbound. You’ll work closely with partners in DC Operations to generate plans that align to their operating capacities and to problem-solve issues as they arise.

As a DC Planner (Point Guard), you’ll play a key role in ensuring the efficient flow of goods inbound, through, and outbound from the Brimley Distribution Center. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
You’ll report to the Planning Supervisor/Coach within the Distribution Operations team at the Brimley Distribution Centre in Scarborough. You’ll collaborate closely with DC Operations and Marketplace Supply Chain teams, and externally with transportation partners, Nike stores, and wholesale customers.

- Developing actionable, data-driven plans to support DC Operations
- Monitoring reports to resolve issues and keep plans on track
- Tracking progress against monthly targets and aligning with daily/hourly tasks
- Communicating with internal and external partners to problem-solve in real time
- Managing transportation resources to meet customer delivery requirements
- Collaborating with DC Operations to enable informed decision-making
- Liaising with Accounts to schedule POs while balancing DC capacity constraints
You’ll report to the Planning Supervisor/Coach within the Distribution Operations team at the Brimley Distribution Centre in Scarborough. You’ll collaborate closely with DC Operations and Marketplace Supply Chain teams, and externally with transportation partners, Nike stores, and wholesale customers.
What You Bring
- Post-secondary diploma or equivalent
- 2–3 years of experience in Supply Chain functions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Experience with SAP, Cognos, and/or Manhattan WMOS (asset, not mandatory)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong team player with cross-functional collaboration skills
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Experience creating SOPs or process manuals (nice to have)
- Shift flexibility when required
