Key Responsibilities

About The Position

RWDI’s Guelph office is seeking an individual to join its Marketing and Communications team as a Digital Marketing Specialist.

The Role Includes But Is Not Limited To

Content Creation

  • Create compelling marketing content for a variety of audiences and assets including blogs, websites, case studies, video, etc.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging, ensure brand consistency, and translate technical language into consumable content.
  • Ensure all external content aligns with RWDI’s messaging and brand voice.

Digital Marketing and Campaigns

  • Monitor, manage and grow our social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
  • Leverage SEO best practices to build RWDI’s online presence.
  • Assist in developing landing pages and digital assets in coordination with graphic design team.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid search, social media, email and display.

Analytics and Data-Driven Insights

  • Report on digital performance across web, social, and campaign channels.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve ROI and campaign effectiveness.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

We are accepting applications from candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • A post-secondary education in marketing, digital communications or a related field required. Additional training is considered an asset.
  • A strong understanding of the B2B buyer journey.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for creating marketing content.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a complex and fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred experience with:
    • Analytics tools, including GA4.
    • SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing.
    • Campaign management.
