We are seeking a Lead Java developer with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Java Angular 2-8 Spring Boot Microservices Spring Core REST Web Services and PL/SQL. Experience in the Cards and Payments domain is a plus. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects in a day shift with no travel required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Java and Spring Boot
• Possess strong experience in Angular 2-8 Spring Boot and Microservices to lead technical projects effectively.
• Demonstrate proficiency in REST Web Services and Core Java for seamless application development.
• Experience in the Cards and Payments domain is a valuable asset for this role.
• Have a solid understanding of PL/SQL for efficient database management and operations.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable applications using Angular 2-8 and Spring Boot to meet business needs.
• Oversee the implementation of microservices architecture to enhance system performance and reliability.
• Provide technical expertise in REST Web Services to ensure seamless integration across platforms.
• Develop robust backend solutions using Core Java and PL/SQL to support application functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions on time.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices to maintain code quality and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to minimize downtime and improve user experience.
• Mentor and guide junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to project requirements.
• Contribute to the development of technical documentation to support ongoing maintenance and knowledge transfer.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Optimize application performance through regular monitoring and tuning activities.
  
  

Work Model
