What You'll Be Doing


Multi-Department Leadership: 

  • Leading multiple departments whose operations span 24 hours a day, seven days a week

  • Maintain strong leadership layers within our Order Picking and Sanitation departments via strong mentorship, customized development programs and succession planning

  • Manage structured communication forums and visual dashboards to align teams on daily priorities and performance metrics

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive improvements in team engagement and performance


Order Picking Department 

  • Continually improve order picking accuracy

  • Ensure on time order picking performance for our delivery team

  • Drive labour efficiency without compromising service to our external and internal customers


Sanitation Department 

  • Own the Master Sanitation Schedule and its effective execution

  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance to maintain a regulatory-compliant for two production facilities that meets applicable food safety and/or quality standards

  • Maintain and improve standardized work procedures for variable roles, with emphasis on cleaning and equipment hygiene operations

  • Work towards 100% “right the first time” performance

  • A clear communicator experienced in leading teams and structured meetings, giving real-time feedback, and ensuring shift-to-shift alignment
  • A collaborative partner who works cross-functionally with Quality, People and Culture, Engineering, Maintenance, and Continuous Improvement teamsA standards-driven leader who holds teams accountable to attendance, cleanliness, and compliance protocols
  • A problem solver with a sharp eye for inefficiencies and a bias for action in fast-paced environments
  • A champion of continuous improvement with working knowledge of improvement methodologies and a passion for developing future improvement leaders
  • Supervisory experience in an industrial kitchen or production operations center, preferably in food service or food production
  • Experience overseeing production, fulfillment, or logistics operations, with strong understanding of throughput, capacity planning, and optimization

  • Experience managing scheduling and planning in fast-paced, constantly evolving environments

  • Experience leading improvement projects, implementing new processes, supporting change management, and developing Standard Operating Procedures

  • A salary of $80,000 - $85,000 per year plus up to 15% bonus based on KPI deliverables
