Full Time Program Support Facilitator

Responsibilities: Responsibilities will include provision of wrap-around academic, personal support and guidance to students who are enrolled in post-secondary and adult basic education (ABE) programming through Dumont Technical Institute. Relationship building, liaising with community partners and other community service providers. Providing referrals and case management for students. Confidential record keeping, report composition, administrative and clerical duties as required. Travel will be required to outlying areas.

Qualifications: The candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in social work plus two years of direct client support experience. Consideration may be given to bachelor’s degrees in education, psychology, humanities, or social sciences when combined with more than two years of direct client support experience. An extensive understanding of Métis culture, as well as the barriers to education and the labour market faced by Métis people is essential to the position. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to work with people from various equity groups are required. A valid Class 5 Driver’s License is mandatory.

Term: January 5, 2026 to August 15, 2026 (Strong possibility of renewal)

Remuneration: Program Support Facilitator 2 GDI pay grid and Benefits Package
