What You’ll Be Doing

As a HVAC Technician, you’ll be part of a skilled team responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC systems in our commercial properties to ensure comfort, safety, and energy efficiency.

Your Day-to-day Will Include

  • Inspecting and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment.
  • Diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems and components.
  • Monitoring building automation systems and energy controls.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety codes and regulations.
  • Responding promptly to HVAC-related service calls and emergencies.

What you bring to the Team?

  • Alberta Journeyperson certification in HVAC or Refrigeration (or Red Seal equivalent).
  • We also welcome applications from 3rd- and 4th-year registered HVAC apprentices eager to grow their careers.
  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in commercial HVAC service and maintenance.
  • Clean driver’s abstract and valid driver’s license.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge of HVAC systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and customer service skills.
  • Physically able to lift 25+ kg and work on rooftops and in confined spaces.

Assets

  • Experience with building automation and energy management systems.
  • Gasfitter certification (Class A or B).
