Your role:

As a Digital Technology Co-Op Student, you’ll be an integral part of a multidisciplinary team driving digital transformation across our firm. Over the course of your 8-month term (January–August 2026), you’ll gain hands-on experience applying emerging technologies to real-world challenges, contributing to projects that enhance efficiency, insight, and impact.

You’ll work on data analysis, automation, and AI-driven solutions that create value for both internal teams and external stakeholders. From integrating new tools to optimizing workflows, your contributions will help shape the future of how we work. This is a unique opportunity to build your skills, collaborate with experienced professionals, and make a meaningful difference in a fast-evolving digital landscape.

What you bring to the table:

  • Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
  • A good understanding of at least one of the following programming languages: C#, Python, SQL
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, in particular Power BI and Power Automate or other similar tools like Playwright
  • Experience or knowledge with integration projects, life cycles and processes
  • Knowledge of databases and data types
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail 
  • Strong client/customer service skills as well as excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Interested in pursuing a professional career in Digital Technology

Total Rewards:

The salary range for this position is $46,000 - $48,000 annually.
