Role: Business Development Executive - Recruitment Services
Type: Indefinite C2C Contract
Salary Range: Straight Commission 20% of net profit from all placements (contract or permanent), uncapped commission,
Location: Remote Greater Toronto area, ON, Canada
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for our recruitment services. Leveraging our reputable core client base, you will work to align SI as a potential recruitment vendor with companies that need help hiring.
You will be the face of our company, building and maintaining relationships with prospective clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for our recruitment services around the world
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their recruitment needs
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and drive business growth
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure timely and successful placements
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and progress to the management team
- Attend networking events and conferences to promote our services and expand our client base
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the recruitment industry
- Proven track record aligning recruitment services with potential clients in the technology, engineering and finance industries
- Strong understanding of technology and engineering industries and their typical recruitment needs
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and decision makers
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed
