A career in our Chief Data and Analytics Office (“CDAO”) within PwC’s Business Enablement team will provide you with the opportunity to leverage innovative solutions to enable data-driven decision making for our organization. We are dedicated to helping our leaders transform data into actionable insights through reporting, dashboards, and other data products. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of dashboards and reporting tools. You will work closely with stakeholders across Finance, Sales & Marketing, Human Capital, and other parts of the business to support our developers and project team members to ensure that our dashboards meet the strategic needs of our leadership and drive informed decision-making.

Meaningful work you’ll be part of
As a Technical Analyst Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Participate in requirements gathering sessions to understand the underlying business goals and problems
- Perform detailed analysis and follow-up with stakeholders to deeply understand business processes and associated systems and data
- Document technical requirements, specifications, assumptions, business processes, and recommendations related to proposed projects and products
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications by working with developers and business stakeholders to clarify key logic, calculations, and topics
- Accurately write or update user stories and associated tasks arising from discussions with developers and/or stakeholders
- Support internal quality assurance (QA) and testing to ensure pipelines, data transformations, and end data products are engineered as designed
- Provide input into User Acceptance Testing (UAT) based on QA findings and support UAT testers as a subject matter specialist
- Offer timely feedback to the internal team on products and projects from internal stakeholders' perspectives
- Assist developers and engineers by assessing current policies, processes, and products to identify opportunities for improvement and risk mitigation.
- Work closely with business users and developers to bridge and close gaps between business requirements and analytics, visualization, or data products
- Experience working with business stakeholders and/or providing client services
- Proficiency with data platforms such as Databricks, Azure Synapse, or similar data warehouse, data lakes, or data lakehouse infrastructure
- Hands-on experience writing SQL queries and stored procedures
- Ability to distill complex business problems into concise and clear technical requirements
- Basic knowledge of product/project management software and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Asana)
- Familiarity with agile methodologies in product and project delivery
- Effective communication skills with both technical stakeholders and non-technical audiences
- Experience with Python and Apache Spark is a nice to have
