Your role
We are looking for a talented and passionate Lead Developer with solid experience in artificial intelligence to join our growing team. You will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative technological solutions, leveraging cutting-edge technologies as well as AI-related tools and techniques.
Your key responsibilities:
- Lead the development team and ensure technical coherence across AI-related projects.
- Design, architect, and deploy advanced AI solutions, including intelligent agents, data pipelines, and machine learning systems.
- Oversee the integration of cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure, and optimize development and deployment environments.
- Work closely with product and data teams to translate business needs into effective technological solutions. Mentor, guide, and support developers in their practices, skill development, and performance.
- Maintain active technological watch to integrate best practices in AI, agent-based systems, MLOps, and software development.
- Oversee and guide the development team, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices. Communicate effectively, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
- Document technological changes for training and collaboration purposes.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and application deployments.
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to mobilize and guide a development team.
- Strong understanding of agentic AI architectures and agent orchestration concepts.
- Expertise in machine learning and data engineering.
- Strong software development skills (Python, AI/ML frameworks, APIs, microservices).
- Ability to understand business needs and translate them into concrete technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, technical documentation abilities, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Experience with agent frameworks (e.g., AutoGen, LangChain, or equivalents).
- Knowledge of MLOps approaches and experience with AI model industrialization.
- Experience building generative applications (LLMs, copilots, intelligent assistants).
- Participation in innovation projects, R&D, or large-scale strategic AI initiatives.
- Strong interest in continuous improvement, technological experimentation, and emerging AI trend.
