Job Description
Midland Transport is currently seeking an Order Quality Manager to be based at our Head Office in Dieppe, NB. The successful candidate will ensure all order documents and related information are accurately captured in the system in a timely manner. This role requires strong leadership skills with a focus on managing teams and implementing policies and strategies to achieve business objectives.

Midland Transport is currently seeking an Order Quality Manager to be based at our Head Office in Dieppe, NB. The successful candidate will ensure all order documents and related information are accurately captured in the system in a timely manner. This role requires strong leadership skills with a focus on managing teams and implementing policies and strategies to achieve business objectives.

- Lead various teams across day and night shifts, providing support for both and a requirement to work at least one evening shift per week
- Oversee the Imaging & Billing functions to ensure accurate and timely entry of shipment details and proper document storage in compliance with retention policies
- Provide support during IT outages and maintain smooth operational flow
- Identify and implement process improvements and system upgrades to enhance efficiency
- Oversee direct reports’ and support Night Billing Supervisor’s reports in performance management, staffing, and KPI reporting for the Billing and Imaging teams
- Manage relationships with internal departments and external partners, including personnel agencies and IT
- Ensure accurate and timely creation and maintenance of Customer Master Data records in accordance with company policies
- Education Required: University Degree in a related field
- Years of Experience Required:
- 4 to 7 years business related experience, preferably in transportation industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to lead and coach
- Continuous improvement mindset, identifying opportunities for change and leading a team through initiatives.
- Excellent people management skills: mentoring, coaching, and leadership
- Excellent capabilities of leveraging Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Certified in Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or higher (or willing to become certified)
