Accounting Manager / Controller at Aspen Custom Trailers

We’re a growing Canadian trailer manufacturer with operations in both Canada and the U.S., seeking an Accounting Manager / Controller to lead our Finance function at our Leduc head office. You will oversee financial reporting, cross-border accounting, and supervise a team of three.

What You’ll Do

• Lead month-end and year-end reporting.
• Oversee Canadian and U.S. multi-entity accounting.
• Manage cost accounting, BOMs, WIP, and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with ASPE, U.S. GAAP, GST/HST, and state sales tax.
• Manage transfer pricing documentation.
• Train and develop a team of three.

What We’re Looking For

• CPA preferred.
• 5–10+ years accounting experience with leadership background.
• Manufacturing and inventory costing experience required.
• Strong ERP experience (VISUAL Manufacturing is an asset).
