Social Worker - Niagara at CBI Home Health

The Social Worker will work as part of the CBI Home Health team of therapists based out of the Hamilton Home Health office. The caseload and scheduling is flexible based on your availability and currently services adult and pediatric populations with a variety of physical and psycho-social conditions. Positions available in the Niagara community. This position is ideal for a therapist looking to develop or expand their clinical practice.

What You Need To Be Successful
- You have a Bachelor of Social Work or a Master of Social Work
- You are a registered member in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers
- 1 to 2 years of community experience is an asset
- You are passionate, empathetic, use good judgement and apply critical thinking when making client decisions
- You are known for your excellent communication skills and ability to work in collaboration within an interdisciplinary team as well as work independently
- You are proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel
- You have ability to travel within the Niagara community as part of the CBI Health Home Health team
