Executive Assistant at Administrative Staffing
We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Executive Assistant to join a dynamic nonprofit organization in the Greater Moncton, NB area.
The ideal candidate will be professional, proactive, and passionate about supporting a mission-driven team.
Key Responsibilities for the Job:
- Provide direct support to senior leadership
- Work directly with CEO & provide direct support
- Communicate with clients and be the first point of contact
- Coordinate meetings, preparing agenda's and materials
- Support in the coordination and booking of travel arrangements
- Coordinating outreach and engagement activities
- Provide event management support
- Other projects and support work as assigned
Experience & Attributes for Success:
- Fluency in French (reading, writing, speaking) is required
- Proven experience in a similar, executive support role
- Experience in the non-profit sector is highly preferred
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and strong technical proficiency with the ability to learn new programs efficiently
- High degree of professionalism when interacting with diverse groups
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
