What you'll do

  • Your mission is to ensure the Pigment Frame Methodology is applied consistently across all integration partners. You’ll work closely with them and with our Senior Architects/ Partners to deliver the highest-quality models. You’ll also be expected to develop your project-management and technical skills to provide an initial level of analysis
  • Communicate with partners and customers to gather all documents required by the Pigment Framework
  • Use the analysis framework to deliver a first layer of automated qualification with AI
  • Understand, review, and validate business requirements translated from the customer by the partner
  • Understand, review, and validate design architecture
  • Assess the robustness, quality, and accuracy of the models configured for the customer
  • Determine when to escalate issues to a Senior Architect and/or the partner to address identified gaps
  • Collaborate with Senior Architects and Pigment’s Product Team to design and build GenAI-based QA tools that support and accelerate all QA activities
  • Provide level-1 support to partners on modeling activities
  • Provide level-1 support to partners on integrating source software and migration solutions (connectors and APIs)
  • Onboard onto the Pigment platform, complete full certification, and begin your path toward Pigment modeling mastery
  • Apply learnings from each experience to improve your performance and contribute to the growth of the wider Pigment ecosystem


Who You Are

  • Structured and well-organized, with strong project management skills
  • Skilled at understanding and building complex systems (EPM, ERP, Data Warehouse) while maintaining clarity on the underlying business purpose
  • 1–2 years of experience in a technical role, ideally within software implementation; experience with EPM technologies such as Pigment, Anaplan, or Adaptive is especially relevant
  • Strong communicator, able to clearly explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Skilled at translating detailed data analysis and technical insights into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset when working cross-functionally with other departments and partners
  • Exercises sound judgment in identifying when topics require escalation to senior team members, ensuring the right level of information is communicated
  • A strong learner, especially in new domains; our customers’ use cases and businesses are highly diverse—understanding what you are building is essential
  • Able to adapt to a rapidly evolving product; this is not standard B2B software—we are only 1% finished
  • Fluent in English; French or additional European languages are a plus
  • Master’s degree or other relevant advanced degree preferred
