Experience Required: 5+ yearsAbout HellamaidHellamaid is a fast-growing home cleaning brand operating across Canada and expanding into the U.S. We are actively building a franchise-driven growth model, and organic search is a core engine behind franchise visibility and lead generation.Role OverviewYou will lead organic growth at Hellamaid. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role with real ownership. You are responsible for strategy, execution, team leadership, and performance across corporate and franchise-driven SEO initiatives.This role is not advisory. You will make decisions, set direction, and be accountable for results.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and own the SEO strategy across corporate, local, and franchise-driven pages
- Develop scalable SEO frameworks to support franchising and multi-location growth
- Perform competitor analysis and identify opportunities in new franchise markets
- Decide what pages should be built, improved, consolidated, or removed
- Lead on-page, technical, and off-page SEO execution
- Optimize content for AI Overviews, SGE, and LLM-based discovery
- Improve engagement metrics such as CTR, dwell time, and conversion rates
- Own site architecture, internal linking, and technical performance
- Hire, manage, and scale the internal SEO team
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience
- Experience working with multi-location or franchise-style businesses (preferred)
- Proven ability to scale organic growth in competitive markets
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Advanced user of Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and GA4
