3 Months Contract: Full time, Monday-Friday : 7AM to 3:30PM (40 hours/week)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Support Specialist to join our Training Department on a 3-month temporary contract. This role is essential for ensuring smooth administrative operations and accurate data management to support our training programs and initiatives.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Support Specialist to join our Training Department on a 3-month temporary contract. This role is essential for ensuring smooth administrative operations and accurate data management to support our training programs and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain training records in internal systems.
- Assist with document preparation, including training materials, reports, and presentations.
- Manage training schedules, registrations, and confirmations for participants.
- Provide general administrative support to the training team (filing, scanning, correspondence).
- Monitor and update databases to ensure compliance and data integrity.
- Respond to internal inquiries regarding training sessions and documentation.
- Support logistics for training events (room bookings, catering coordination, materials distribution).
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in administration is an asset.
- Experience of 1–2 years in administrative support or data entry roles.
- Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Language: French and English required.
