What You'll Be Doing

What You'll Be Doing
- Generate leads and new business opportunities through high-impact outbound outreach
- Qualify potential leads and ensure they are a great fit for Venn's products and services
- Identify and research target companies to continuously expand our outbound prospect list
- Partner closely with Account Executives and the wider sales team to improve the outbound BDR strategy. You will have a direct impact on helping shape the broader sales motion
- 1+ years of experience in software sales
- Strong record of consistently exceeding personal and professional goals
- You’re just as comfortable on the phone as in writing, and you can translate business problems into a compelling value proposition
- A customer-obsessed mindset, with real curiosity about the businesses you speak to and the challenges they’re trying to solve
- A love of learning. You’re someone who is always looking for ways to improve your craft, stay current on trends, and bring new ideas to the table
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, changing environment. You stay adaptable, resilient, and energized by building something new
- Experience at an early-stage or fast-growing startup
- Experience working at or selling into SMB’s
- Experience at a fintech
- Healthy equity ownership, aligning your success with the company’s growth
