Position Information

This position may require travel from one Campus to another.

Rotation/Shifts

Days, 8 hours shifts (08:00-16:00).

Basic Requirements

• Secondary School Diploma;
• Completed post-secondary training in the secretarial field, office management or business administration;
• Two (2) years of related experience (office environment) using EPIC;
• Medical terminology;
• Intermediate Microsoft Word , Excel and PowerPoint;
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, conflict resolution and writing/reporting skills;
• Excellent judgement skills and time management;
• Ability to multi-task;
• Demonstrated organizational and program support skills;
• Training in Conflict Resolution;
• Eligible to work in Canada.
• Proficiency in English and French - oral expression (advanced level) and comprehension (advanced level).
  
  
  

Language proficiency requirements are based on the nature of the position and the level of interaction with French- and English-speaking clients.
