The Role
As a Content Marketing Coordinator, you will support marketing initiatives across digital channels, helping to create and manage content that promotes our software and digital solutions. This role involves writing, editing, and designing content for campaigns, websites, and social media, as well as supporting analytics and reporting activities.
You will have the opportunity to work across multiple software brands and digital initiatives, collaborate with experienced marketing, design and product teams, and gain exposure to a full range of digital marketing activities from SEO to campaign reporting.
This is a hybrid role, working a minimum of 3 days onsite in our Toronto office every week.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and publish content across web, social, email, and blog channels
- Write, edit, and proofread marketing copy for various formats and audiences
- Design and adapt visual assets using Figma and Canva
- Support campaign planning and execution, including scheduling and asset coordination
- Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO
- Collaborate with product, design, and sales teams on marketing materials
- Maintain and update the content calendar to ensure consistent publishing
- Monitor performance metrics and assist with monthly marketing reports
- 1–3 years of experience in content marketing, communications, or digital marketing
- Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills
- Experience with Canva, Figma, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Framer, or similar)
- Understanding of SEO principles and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Interest in software, SaaS, or digital technology marketing
