Reporting to the Team Lead, Graphic Production, Creative & Brand Strategy, the Production Officer, Partnerships & Experiences, is a key member of the Marketing & Communications division. Your primary role will be to co-ordinate the end-to-end production process for promotional materials requested by the Community Experiences & Partnerships team. You will ensure that all deliverables meet requesters’ requirements while adhering to established corporate standards.

Job Summary
Reporting to the Team Lead, Graphic Production, Creative & Brand Strategy, the Production Officer, Partnerships & Experiences, is a key member of the Marketing & Communications division. Your primary role will be to co-ordinate the end-to-end production process for promotional materials requested by the Community Experiences & Partnerships team. You will ensure that all deliverables meet requesters’ requirements while adhering to established corporate standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the intake, review and processing of graphic and audiovisual requests from the Community Partnerships & Experiences team to ensure all project requirements are met.
- Suggest and help develop and implement design templates to optimize project workflows and facilitate production.
- Ensure strict adherence to Radio-Canada’s graphic standards and brand guidelines, maintaining visual consistency across all events and materials.
- Co-ordinate team meetings to establish short- and medium-term production schedules and priorities.
- Plan the work schedules of designers assigned to projects and track the progress of production and deliverables using internal project management tools.
- Support design teams by ensuring they have the necessary materials and technical specifications at their disposal. Validate promotional assets prior to delivery.
- Manage production timelines with external suppliers for event and print projects, supporting teams through to final delivery.
- Act as a liaison between teams to troubleshoot operational issues, propose solutions and ensure that the right people are involved at the right time.
Your profile:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered)
- Three (3) years’ related project co-ordination experience
- In-depth knowledge of the full production workflow for graphic design and video projects (print, digital and audiovisual) is an asset
- Experience with Jira or a similar project management tool is an asset
- Knowledge of and passion for the media
- Knowledge of print, digital and audiovisual production
- Ability to communicate and work effectively with all levels of staff and management
- Ability to be versatile, flexible, independent and adaptable to change
- Excellent organizational skills, thoroughness and team focus
- Ability to dig deeper into requests to determine needs
- Excellent command of spoken and written French; English is an asset
- Ability to engage teams and foster teamwork
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple demands
- Strong client-service orientation
- Good knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive)
