What You’ll Accomplish With Us

As a Technician, Talent Acquisition (student), you’ll be at the heart of our mission.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring the team’s general inbox, responding to messages from partners, managers, and internal/external candidates in a timely manner.
  • Managing and updating the recruitment prioritization tool and ensuring job postings are opened appropriately.
  • Performing various tasks in the human resources information system (Workday).
  • Handling each operational step of the Talent Acquisition team with agility, while ensuring a positive experience for employees, candidates, and clients.
  • Supporting the Talent Acquisition team and advisors in achieving their goals through a variety of administrative and technical tasks.

  • Demonstrates strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Is comfortable with technology and HR systems (Workday).
  • Is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Advanced level of French required, as the role involves regular communication with internal and external colleagues and partners, participation in meetings, and reviewing documentation in French.
