About The Team
The Strategic Communications and Global Government Affairs (SCGGA) team leads and manages internal and external communications and the government relations approach for PSP Investments, working closely with key internal and external stakeholders. Our main objectives are to share who we are through our values, vision, activities and successes and also to keep our employees informed, connected, inspired, educated and entertained.
Reporting to the Manager, Digital Communications, the Advisor, Digital Communications is part of the Strategic Communications and Global Government Affairs team and works closely with the Technology and Digital Strategy team. The successful candidate will bring strong technical expertise, creativity, and initiative to optimize PSP’s digital ecosystem. This role requires both deep technical knowledge and the ability to anticipate communications needs, propose solutions, and drive projects forward.

About Your Role
As an Advisor, Digital Content, you will:
- Integrate and publish content (text, videos, photos or other) on PSP's digital platforms (website, intranet, email campaigns, digital signage, social media) according to the needs set out by the communications advisors and in close collaboration with the Manager, Digital Content
- Proactively recommend improvements on content adaptation and integration based on user experience best practices
- Ensure control content quality in accordance with the editorial standards and policies and the brand image applicable to the various digital platforms
- Partner with Design and IT teams to conceptualize and build site enhancements and new pages
- Develop, implement and monitor SEO strategies for the website to ensure it is search engine friendly
- Develop and maintain dashboards for performance tracking and analyze performance indicators and provide detailed reports that will inform decisions
- As needed, contribute to the production of digital communication tools (banners, images for social networks, pictograms, etc.) that meet existing graphic standards
- Stay up to date with new technologies and digital marketing trends to implement on PSP’s digital channels and keep abreast of best practices in user experience
- Track activity across PSP’s social media channels, monitor engagement and sentiment, and proactively identify, escalate, and report potential issues to the Manager, Digital Communications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or multimedia, or any other combination of equivalent education and experience
- Three (3) to seven (7) years of experience in a similar position, supporting a Communications, Marketing, or similar team
- Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented, with the ability to anticipate challenges and drive initiatives forward
- Perfect command of Microsoft SharePoint Online and Web CMS (Django and Craft, an asset)
- Perfect command of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft collaboration sites
- Perfect command of the Google Analytics platform, Power BI and Google Data Studio
- Good knowledge of Adobe software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CC, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Solid experience in developing dashboards and data analysis
- Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and trends
- Excellent knowledge of social media management (LinkedIn,)
- Knowledge of web development, HTML and CSS, an asset
- Knowledge of Staffbase and BrightAuthor, an asset
- Ability to communicate with IT specialists and employees at all levels of the organization
- Good stress management and ability to deal with the imperatives of the position (deadlines, etc.)
- Thorough, efficient and involved in the initiation, deployment and completion of projects
- Bilingualism: English and French (frequent interactions in English with PSP employees based in our offices in Hong Kong, London and New York, and interactions in French with employees in our local offices in Montreal and Ottawa)
