Job Title: Creative Strategy Lead & Technical Marketing Strategist – Behind every brilliant machine or software platform, there’s a story waiting to be told.

Pack-Smart Inc. engineers some of the world’s most advanced automation systems for secure packaging, payments, identity, telecom, and high-speed production. From robotics and machine vision to personalization and real-time data systems, our technology powers global brands where precision and trust matter.

We’re growing — and we’re looking for an A-level strategic creator who can stand shoulder-to-shoulder with our marketing leadership and help shape the voice of a world-class engineering company.

This role is not a coordinator position.

It’s designed for someone with drive, pace, curiosity, and the ability to turn complexity into clarity without constant direction.

You will work directly with the Head of Marketing and collaborate deeply with engineering, design, and sales to amplify Pack-Smart’s story, build compelling content, and accelerate our marketing engine.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Storytelling & Strategic Content Creation

• Translate complex engineering concepts into compelling, accurate, market-ready stories.
• Help shape the creative direction of campaigns, videos, demos, system launches, and trade show assets.
• Write LinkedIn content, micro-content, articles, scripts, product summaries, and customer-facing messaging.
• Create clear, structured internal briefs that guide designers, videographers, and sales teams.

Bridge Engineering → Marketing → Design

• Work directly with engineers to understand new machines, modules, robotics, and software capabilities.
• Identify what is marketable, what matters to customers, and where the value lies.
• Turn technical notes, diagrams, and specs into polished marketing collateral.
• Ensure all departments receive accurate, digestible information at the right depth.

Digital Marketing Execution (Fast + Strategic)

• Support digital campaigns, messaging frameworks, and landing page content.
• Conduct competitor, keyword, and audience research to strengthen positioning.
• Maintain a clear content calendar and ensure consistent distribution across channels.
• Collaborate with sales to ensure marketing materials align with real buyer needs.

Social Media Leadership

• Own day-to-day LinkedIn execution across company and leadership accounts.
• Create fast-turnaround content from engineering updates, demos, and internal wins.
• Monitor engagement and optimize for reach, clarity, and impact.
• Amplify Pack-Smart’s voice with tone consistency and creativity.

Internal Alignment & High-Performance Collaboration

• Operate at a fast pace with minimal guidance.
• Support a high-output marketing environment where clarity, accuracy, and speed matter.
• Work closely with the Head of Marketing to evolve messaging, structure, and brand direction.
• Bring energy and commitment equal to the speed of our engineering team.

Qualifications:

• 4–8 years in technical marketing, content strategy, communications, or similar fields
• Proven ability to simplify and communicate complex technology
• Excellent writing skills (short-form, long-form, visual storytelling)
• Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, design, video)
• Social media execution experience, especially LinkedIn
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple threads of content

Pack-Smart Inc. is based in Concord, Ontario. A hub for advanced manufacturing with access to urban amenities, close to highway 400 and 407. There is free parking available on-site. Our facility is clean with great lighting, fostering innovation and collaboration!
