We are seeking a People & Culture Generalist (Special Projects) to lead process improvements, support executive priorities, and enhance employee experience across our organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on project management, technology-driven solutions, and collaboration.

Compensation: $70,000 annually with final offer dependent on experience, plus a generous leave, benefits and pension package

What You’ll Do
- Lead and support People & Culture projects from planning through implementation
- Develop and optimize workflows, leveraging automation and AI tools
- Maintain and update the People & Culture SharePoint site and related resources
- Provide executive support to the ED, People & Culture, including calendar management and confidential document handling
- Monitor the P&C inbox and phone line, respond to inquiries, and manage disclosure requests
- Support recruitment, labour relations, engagement, and training initiatives
- Prepare reports and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making
- Ensure data integrity across HR systems and maintain accurate documentation
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, HRIS systems, and automation tools
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Experience in HR project coordination or similar roles
- Knowledge of labour relations and HR compliance an asset
- Criminal record check (including vulnerable sector) required
