Your Role in Supporting Our Members:
As a Marketing Performance and Insights Analyst, you will leverage your expertise in data analytics to design and deliver impactful marketing insights that drive business growth. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, analyze internal and external data, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. We’re looking for a resourceful, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about using data to influence marketing decisions.
This is a Full-time, Permanent role based at the Vancity head office and will report directly to the Manager, Marketing Performance and Insights. While this position provides a hybrid work arrangement, you will be expected to be on-site for events and business demands
How You'll Make an Impact:
- Working closely with business stakeholders and marketing colleagues to deliver targeted marketing campaigns to support Vancity’s Member Contact Strategy
- Designing and executing advanced analyses and measurement frameworks to uncover growth marketing opportunities to meet strategic business objectives
- Building solutions that translate complex data into actionable insights through compelling storytelling and visualizations, while also enabling ongoing tracking and optimization of marketing efforts
- Defining KPIs and conducting post implementation reviews to measure success of marketing campaigns & programs
- Applying organizational risk and compliance standards, policies, procedures and controls to meet regulatory requirements and mitigate risk
- Deepening knowledge of Vancity’s products, services, and member needs to better support strategic initiatives
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or related discipline
- 3-5 years of proven analytics experience
- Advanced knowledge of business intelligence techniques and tools such as Microsoft SQL Server and Power BI
- Strong research and analytical skills for qualitative and quantitative analysis
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

What You’ll Earn:
This role offers a salary range of $64,500 to $90,000 per annum. The base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant qualifications, skills, previous experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards package, employees may also be eligible for our annual incentive program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
