The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional support to customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our products or services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively
  • Process orders, refunds, and exchanges
  • Maintain customer records and update account information
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments
  • Provide product or service information and assist with selection
  • Meet performance standards for speed, efficiency, and quality

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in relevant computer applications and CRM systems
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Patience and empathy when dealing with difficult situations
