About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead customer onboarding and platform enhancement projects. You’ll combine project management with business analysis, translating complex requirements into actionable deliverables, and ensuring timely, high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, coordinate, and manage onboarding and enhancement projects for the EviSmart platform
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and milestones to ensure timely delivery
- Identify risks, manage dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies
- Conduct business process analysis and gap assessments to align solutions with client needs
- Translate requirements into functional and technical specifications for development teams
- Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to gather business needs
- Act as the key liaison between stakeholders, product, and engineering teams
- Recommend best practices for process optimization and system adoption
- Support evaluation and prioritization of custom platform enhancements
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, Business Analyst, or Implementation Manager in SaaS or enterprise software environments
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, business process mapping, and gap analysis
- Solid project management skills, including scheduling, risk management, and cross-functional coordination
- Experience creating clear documentation and technical specifications
- Familiarity with process mapping and collaboration tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, Jira, Confluence)
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally for process discovery workshops
