What You Will Do
The Digital Product Manager, Content Supply Chain ensures that content and workflow technology products deliver business results, accelerate time-to-market, improve reporting, and optimize processes across marketing, advertising, and digital campaigns. This role supports the technology roadmap from planning through production, delivery, and analysis—evolving platforms to meet changing needs, identifying automation opportunities, supporting AI pilots, and maintaining roadmap accuracy.

What You Will Do
The Digital Product Manager, Content Supply Chain ensures that content and workflow technology products deliver business results, accelerate time-to-market, improve reporting, and optimize processes across marketing, advertising, and digital campaigns. This role supports the technology roadmap from planning through production, delivery, and analysis—evolving platforms to meet changing needs, identifying automation opportunities, supporting AI pilots, and maintaining roadmap accuracy.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage and Optimize Content & Workflow Processes
- Streamline work intake, prioritization, scoping, and governance to improve efficiency and timeliness.
- Identify opportunities to automate content lifecycle processes (creation, distribution, performance analysis).
- Act as a subject matter contributor for content and workflow processes.
- Drive Innovation in Content & Workflow Technologies
- Foster a culture of experimentation; scale successful pilots to improve efficiency.
- Implement and integrate technology enhancements across the content supply chain (creation, asset management, workflow, distribution, analytics).
- Own strategy and implementation for internal/external content and workflow tools, including vendor coordination.
- Create technical documentation (integration points, data flows, risk controls).
- Manage risk and control assessments for content and workflow technologies.
- Support Strategy and Roadmap Execution
- Contribute to the content supply chain roadmap from planning through delivery and analysis.
- Act as a contributor and occasional lead in exploring generative AI for content and workflow optimization.
- Participate in monthly scrum meetings, providing updates on backlog items and roadmap refinements.
- Help build and maintain an annual scorecard for content and workflow technologies.
- Collaborate with Data Analytics to measure workflow effectiveness and provide actionable reporting.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with IS, Data Analytics, Digital Marketing, and other teams.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Product owner mindset (Agile/Scrum), focused on business goals and outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead and facilitate business conversations effectively.
- Enthusiasm for technology, generative AI, and automation; ability to balance vision with execution.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and summarize insights for decision-making.
- Detail-oriented, able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Minimum 3 plus years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mathematics, Information Technology, or Engineering, or equivalent work experience
- Experience managing or supporting marketing workflows (Adobe Workfront preferred).
- Familiarity with Workfront Fusion and content planning, production, and delivery processes.
- Exposure to digital asset management tools (Adobe Experience Manager Assets).
- Experience collaborating with creative, design, or marketing teams.
- Interest in automation, AI, and generative AI; ability to support and lead pilots.
- Understanding of Agile concepts (Scrum, Kanban, Lean).
- Experience maintaining documentation, supporting test plans, and contributing to risk management.
- Certifications such as Adobe Workfront, Adobe Experience Manager, or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), along with experience in financial services or digital marketing agency environments, are considered an asset.
