Position Summary
Elmwood School is seeking a Student Services Coordinator who brings professionalism, precision, and care to the daily operations of our Guidance and Student Success Departments. This role supports the academic, emotional, and post-secondary success of our students through accurate data management, effective communication, and thoughtful coordination of key programs and services.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who works both independently and collaboratively, demonstrates excellent organizational skills, and handles sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion. A creative and open-minded approach, combined with efficiency and attention to detail, will be essential to success in this position.

- Experience in generating data and analysis in support of program planning

- Maintains strict confidentiality and professionalism in all matters
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in data systems (experience with School information Systems such as Veracross or similar systems like Maplewood, Edsby, Power School is an asset)
- Familiar with University Application Software like the Common App, UCAS
Areas of Responsibility:
- Serve as a professional and welcoming point of contact for students, families, and guests, both in person and via email or phone
- Maintain accurate student credit summaries and monitor student progress
- Overseeing the accuracy of transcripts, OUAC data uploads, and document preparation
- Manage Ontario Student Transcripts (OST) in compliance with Ministry of Education guidelines
- Coordinate scheduling and communications for the Elmwood Edge (tutoring) Program
- Correspond with post-secondary institutions to organize visits, events, and documentation
- Support event planning for post-secondary and academic initiatives
