Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup and teardown of events, including seating arrangements, décor, equipment, and signage.

• Greet guests with professionalism and ensure they feel welcomed and supported throughout the event.

• Provide on-site support for event activities, including registration, ushering, guiding guests, and coordinating with vendors.

• Address guest inquiries and help resolve concerns quickly and calmly.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe event environment at all times.

• Support event supervisors and managers in ensuring smooth event operations.

• Follow company standards, safety protocols, and event-specific guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, events, or customer service is an asset but not mandatory.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

• Comfortable standing for long periods and performing physical tasks related to event setup.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
