About the Role

As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our resort facilities. From regular inspections and preventative maintenance to urgent repairs, your work will directly contribute to creating a seamless experience for our guests and staff.

You will collaborate with a supportive team, communicate with different departments, and help maintain the high standards CEM Resorts is known for.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment, utilities, and building systems.

  • Diagnose and repair issues related to plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, carpentry, and general facility upkeep.

  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and guests.

  • Ensure all equipment and systems follow safety regulations and company standards.

  • Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and inventory.

  • Support seasonal and emergency maintenance tasks as needed.

  • Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to identify improvements and reduce downtime.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Prior experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a related trade.

  • Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize work orders.

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

  • Comfortable with physical tasks, including lifting, climbing, and working in various conditions.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

  • Certifications in HVAC, electrical work, or building maintenance are an asset.
