What are the duties to perform:

• Prepare diverse ingredients, sauces, and baked goods
• Weigh, measure, and portion ingredients
• Wash, peel, and cut foods for cooking or serving
• Receive, store, and organize food supplies in storage areas
• Transport food supplies, equipment, and utensils
• Chop ingredients following the Chef's instructions
• Alforno Bakery & Cafe is a special place for food, bread, pastry, and coffee lovers passionate about creating a bigger meaning and culture behind the Alforno brand
