WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Keep all Work Instructions pertaining to the role and department up to date
• Work on creating a Knowledge-book for Intern Role
• Monitors Order Entry system (ECC) system performance to ensure tracing issues are dealt with in a prompt and effective manner as assigned by Team Leader for Abbott Diagnostics in addition to Abbott Molecular, Point of Care.
• Assist with system enhancements for all division that the department supports
• Support managing and coordinating shipments and logistics
• Support in accounts or divisions to ensure customer satisfaction
• Able to perform and back up some Customer Service Rep duties and responsibilities
• Assist with Swap-outs for Abbott Diabetes Care
• GHX Support
• Project work as assigned
• Daily Report creation
• Supply Chain document storage
• Assist the Team Leader, Customer Service and Supply Chain as needed
• Bilingualism is preferred

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidates must be enrolled in a university and currently in the process of completing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain or similar program.
