We’re currently hiring a Portfolio Scheduler to join our Control Centre team in North York, Ontario. Responsibilities For Portfolio Scheduler

  • Fill all open shifts with the appropriate classification of guard.
  • Confirm and approve billing and payroll for your portfolio of accounts, investigating and resolving reported pay discrepancies.
  • Maintain staffing requirements and extra coverage while minimizing overtime, training costs, and show pay costs.
  • Administer coverage change orders while complying with scheduling procedures.
  • Serve as the point of communication between guards, management, and clients to ensure smooth operations and professional interactions.
  • Multi-task effectively to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Utilize Excel for scheduling reports, pivot tables, and basic formula calculations.

Qualifications For Portfolio Scheduler

  • Minimum of Grade 12 education.
  • 1–2 years of work experience in scheduling or a control centre environment.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Windows operating systems and scheduling software.
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and clients.
  • Flexible and able to work overtime on short notice.
  • Clear criminal background check.
  • Eligible to work in Canada.
  • Able to commute to North York, Ontario.
  • Strong typing skills and computer literacy; prior experience with high-volume computer work considered an asset.
